泰利電器的轉矩馬達(TL-TM)設計不同於一般馬達,轉矩馬達具有較大的啟動迴轉扭力,在低轉速及承受拘束負載時,能得到穩定的轉矩及運轉。當負載增加時,馬達的迴轉扭力與電壓成平方比,當負載轉矩為一定值時,變更供給電壓即可改變迴轉速度。 轉矩馬達的特性使其適用於以一定的張力,持續捲取. 捲繞一定速度的物品。當捲取輪軸外徑變大時,具保持拘束狀態用。轉矩馬達被廣泛應用於在需要將產品捲繞在捲筒上的作業,例如: 紡織. 造紙. 橡膠. 塑膠(圓絲. 扁絲. 塑膠袋. 保鮮膜). 金屬線材和電線電纜以及印刷機械等工業領域。
Torque motors(TL-TM) are designed to provide high starting stability, especially in low-speed ranges or under locked rotor conditions. The torque is at its peak at zero speed and gradually decreases as speed increases, maintaining a balanced motor and load performance. Motor rotation speed can be adjusted by varying the supply voltage when the loading torque remains constant. These motors are ideal for continuous winding and unwinding of materials at a consistent speed with controlled tension. They are particularly suited for applications requiring forced static torque during or after operation. Torque motors, crafted by TAILI, are widely utilized in industries where materials need to be wound onto reels, including textiles, paper, rubber, plastic (round wire, flat wire, plastic bags, cling film), metal wire, cable, and printing machinery.

Design Principles and Supplementary Notes

原則上採用 4 極馬達為最經濟方案
In principle, 4-pole motors are the most economical choice.

換算公式:1 kg-m = 100 kg-cm;1 HP 4P 一般馬達 1700 rpm 時轉矩為 0.427 kg-m。
Conversion: 1 kg·m = 100 kg·cm. Approximation: 1 HP 4-pole motor ≈ 0.427 kg·m at 1700 rpm.

輸出範圍可依機械需求承製 0.01~3.0 kg·m,並可製作 2P、4P、6P、8P、12P 或其他不同轉速規格
Output range: 0.01 to 3.0 kg·m, available in various models including 2-pole, 4-pole, 6-pole, 8-pole, 12-pole, or other different speed specifications (customizable based on mechanical requirements).
