感應式電壓調整器(IVR)是一種利用感應原理來調整交流電壓的設備,通過定子和可旋轉轉子間的電磁感應,可連續調整輸出電壓,IVR 具有連續調整、無觸點磨損、響應快速和運行可靠的特點,廣泛應用於大容量負載測試、固態變壓器測試、高壓電力設備測試等。泰利電器TAILI所推出的TL-IVR依循國際標準規範BS 7452:1991/IEC 60989:1991製作,此外,亦採用符合JIS C2320與IEC60296等國際標準之高品質絕緣油,確保產品運行穩定、安全可靠。其油入自冷式型號容量範圍涵蓋單相 3 KVA 至三相 30000 KVA,輸入電壓 110~12000V;乾式風冷式則提供 10~500 KVA 容量,輸入電壓範圍 110~6600V,輸出電壓調整範圍從 ±15% 至 ±50% 皆可依客戶需求訂製。多年來,泰利電器TAILI致力於提供高品質的調壓測試與穩壓設備,服務遍及全球各產業,包括海外大使館、公營電力單位、大型製造業及化工產業廠房,深受客戶信賴與肯定。
An Induction Voltage Regulator (IVR) is an AC voltage regulating device based on the principle of electromagnetic induction. By means of the magnetic coupling between a stator and a rotatable rotor, the output voltage can be continuously adjusted. IVRs feature stepless regulation, non-contact operation (no mechanical brush wear), fast response, and high operational reliability. They are widely used in high-capacity load testing, solid-state transformer testing, and high-voltage electrical equipment testing. The TL-IVR series manufactured by TAILI ELECTRIC is designed and produced in accordance with international standards BS 7452:1991 and IEC 60989:1991. In addition, high-grade insulating oil compliant with JIS C2320 and IEC 60296 is adopted to ensure stable performance, safety, and long-term reliability. The oil-immersed cooling type covers capacities ranging from single-phase 3 kVA up to three-phase 30,000 kVA, with input voltages from 110 to 12,000 V. The air-forced cooling type design is available from 10 to 500 kVA, supporting input voltages from 110 to 6,600 V. The output voltage regulation range from ±15% up to ±50% can be customized per customer requirements.
